We do not grow our

We do not grow our own garlic. I bought this sleeve-style netting to store our winterโ€™s supply of bulk, extra large clove, garlic that I bought at the Lac La Hache Garlic Festival. The netting works great! However, we very quickly learned thereโ€™s a technique to prevent tearing holes while inserting the garlic bulbs!๐Ÿ˜„ The โ€œtubedโ€ garlic is doing well hanging from a rod in our basement cool room.
(A tip: Iโ€™ve put dollar store โ€œdamp trapsโ€ in the cool room to absorb any excess moisture.)

Garlic Netting

Product Details

High quality expandable Garlic Netting is tubular, soft and easy to use. Simply cut off the  desired length, tie off one end, stuff with garlic, cut again and tie off. Use to pack, store and sell your home grown garlic this season. Available in 60 ft lengths or in full rolls of 500 ft for those of your who are growing lots of garlic. All of us at West Coast Seeds who grow garlic at home use this product to store our garlic bulbs. It's a great way to allow air to circulate around the bulbs as they continue to dry. And if the harvest lasts until the following spring, it's easy to see if any of the cloves are beginning to sprout. Once your bulbs have cured after harvest, clean them carefully and store them in this netting in a cool, dry place out of direct sunshine.
