About Our Brand Ambassador Community

By joining our growing community of Brand Ambassadors, you’re helping to plant positive change in the minds of gardeners across the nation.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will receive:

• Gift certificates for West Coast Seeds to purchase seeds and gardening supplies.
• New, classic, and heirloom seeds made available by West Coast Seeds, mailed directly to you so that you can trial them in your garden.
• Access to gardening experts at West Coast Seeds, who can assist you with advice and answer your questions on organic growing.
• Community events where you’ll get a chance to share stories with other brand ambassadors from West Coast Seeds.
• Exclusive content and early notifications of upcoming campaigns created by West Coast Seeds.
• An invitation to join our Affiliate Community, where you can earn commission on sales made through your personal URL.

Getting Started

After we’ve processed and approved your application, we’ll contact you to get you started. During your onboarding, you'll learn important details of the program including when you'll begin to receive trial seeds and electronic gift cards for our products so that you can add to your seed collection or purchase a gardening tool you’ve been eager to try. We’ll also send you an invitation to join our Affiliate Community, where you can earn commission on sales tracked to your unique URL.

Becoming a Brand Ambassador of West Coast Seeds automatically signs you up to our Brand Ambassador email list, meaning you’ll be contacted with promotions, giveaways, and rewards, as well as new content releases on organic growing.

You’ll also get direct access to gardening experts at West Coast Seeds, who can help answer your questions about untreated seeds and organic methods for growing plants.

Brand ambassadors are renewed on an annual basis at the sole discretion of West Coast Seeds.

Restrictions on promotion

The West Coast Seeds Brand Ambassador community is designed for Ambassadors to promote via their legitimate channels of influence only. Promotion via paid traffic (including any adword campaign), re-targeting, discount and/or coupon site, or any other method that in the sole discretion of West Coast Seeds is not in accordance with the letter and spirit of these terms and conditions will put your continued participation in the West Coast Seeds Brand Ambassador community in jeopardy.

Legal Compliance

All Brand Ambassadors must comply with all federal, provincial/state and local regulations within your jurisdiction. This includes applicable governing marketing emails (ie CAN-SPAM Act, CASL), and all other anti-spam laws. West Coast Seeds reserves the right to suspend or remove Brand Ambassadors from our Brand Ambassador community at any time, without warning. Upon termination you agree to discontinue use of all links, logos, banners and promotional materials provided to you by West Coast Seeds. Brand Ambassadors terminated due to malicious publishing tactics and will also have rewards revoked.

Brand Ambassador Marketing Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. When you become a Brand Ambassador of West Coast Seeds, we receive some personally identifiable information about you such as your email address, mailing address, first name, last name, and social media handles. This is the information which you add in the signup form to join our community.

We do not share or rent your personal information to third parties for spamming you. However, we may share your personal information with third parties when we use their services. This includes MailChimp, Yotpo, Klaviyo, PayPal, and other third-party marketing platforms used by West Coast Seeds. MailChimp and Klaviyo are email services. Yotpo is a review and customer referral service. We may store your email address in our emails list and send you periodic emails about our products, new releases, promotions and anything else that can help you with your affiliate marketing. You can unsubscribe from these emails anytime.

If for any reason your email or mailing address changes, please contact us to let us know so that rewards and seed trials are sent to the correct location. West Coast Seeds is not responsible for packages sent to the incorrect address.
