A perennial workhorse with beautiful blooms and medicinal properties, Echinacea is a rewarding addition to the garden. Plant Echinacea seeds and be rewarded with impressive colour from July to September. At 1m (3.3') tall, they make a statement in the perennial border or kitchen garden. Commonly called Coneflowers, these plants are not fussy about soil fertility and are drought tolerant.
